Available Fairies

Each Fairy is a One of a Kind made from Prosculpt. They are all about a  6" scale. The height varies by the fairy's pose and the base.

The wings are removable and made by me to look old and tattered.

The hair is all natural fibers such as mohair, tibetan lambskin, human hair, etc.

The costumes are airy, gauze fabrics, tulle, antique trims.

Each comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

They are fragile and should be handled with care for years of enjoyment.

These are Artist dolls and not meant for children.

STEAMPUNK FAIRIES

In my travels I have discovered and documented several different clans of faeries. I am sure there are several more awaiting discovery, but they are elusive creatures and shy by nature. Have you ever felt like you are being watched? Seen a shadow from the corner of your eye only to look and see nothing? Have your belongings such as keys or watches vanished completely or been moved? Most likely the work of fairies! I have recently discovered a clan of pregnant fairies I call Aviator Mommas. They wear combat boots, helmets, goggles, chains. They are from many different clans and have come together from far  lands to birth and raise their young. House fairies live indoors. They like humans,are mischievous and scavengers. Vampire faeries are nocturnal, dislike humans, and are pesky. They bite but are harmless. Navigators are the fairies with the goggles. They're  travelers. Not much is known about the distances they travel or their purpose. There are several others including: woodland, warrior, royalty to name a few. I will in time catalog and define the clans with greater detail. This is just to get us started! I hope to publish a book with the stories and legends I am collecting. Of course, it will be illustrated!

I decided to retire my vinyl character dolls for 2 or 3 years since they will require an investment that is not prudent in this difficult economic time. As many of you know, vinyl manufacturing in the USA has become increasingly difficult if not impossible. So I have decided to be positive and take my work in a new direction. In September 2008, I began a new project. I have always been interested in fairies and the like. For the next few years, I will explore the realm of fairies and more through my new one of a kind prosculpt creations. They are fanciful, enchanting, and fun! They fit easily into the palm of your hand. Each comes with a unique base for display. I hope you'll enjoy my fairies as much as you have my character dolls for these 18 years. I thank each and every one of you for your support and love.

My babies, which are produced in China, will still be available with new additions coming in the future.
